The initial session will include physical assessment and goal strategising. This will be an opportunity for us to start to build our understanding of each other and determine how I can apply my skills to effectively help you.

​Move through challenging combinations of resistance and cardio intervals that will target every muscle in your body! Work at your own pace at each station with the encouragement of a supportive group. All levels are welcome! Exercises will be adapted to individual needs.
